Added functionality to handle calling a docker container containing dynadjust, particularly good for those running M1. Fixed issue with when CRS is different between original file and dynadjust result, updated the arc calculation by creating its own class. Other improvements for handling different types of landxml files. fixed misclose function setting every polygon to closed as false added handling of plan features, added in reduced vertical and horizontal obs and added in field notes. updated survey graph to use generated lines in initial build unless specifically stated on build. changed parcel ovelap threshold to .1 rather than 0 updated files to handle different types of measurement types in dnawriters and readers fixed connected graph issue. fixed polygon factory creating lines due to make valid update some of the qgis writers updated loop tolerance, for warning fail checks. completed the method for p and q constraints
